City Repair inspires the communities and individuals of Portland, Oregon to transform the places they live in a creative, artistic, and ecological way to bring neiborhoods together. They call this placemaking.

They strive to reclaim urban spaces to create community-oriented places, to plant seeds for greater neighborhood communication, and to empower our communities and nurture our local culture. natural building, permaculture, and public art

City Repair began in Portland, Oregon with the idea that localization is a necessary foundation of sustainability. They host and/or partner with several events during the year, and work in neighborhoods across the city.

Community betterment and involement.
target audience
Their main audience is local Portlanders who volunteer their time and have pride in the communities of which they play an active roll. There is no specific income level, gender, age range or occupation for this audience. They must only want to better their surrounding communities and be willing to put time into their local projects.
