more posters and such

So here's the beginnings to my poster design:

I'm looking to merge the community of Portland with the actual map of the intersections that the Village Building Convergence is going to be working with. As I continue to work with the design, the people will be seamlessly be blended and abstracted into the design created by the map of Portland. The map will be filled with illustrations of the idea of 'community.' I would like the final version of this to be a woodblock/linolium print that is smaller and then blown up, allowing me to 'design' the text. That way, the smaller, actual size print can be used put up in the different communities with their specific dates and times that their neighborhood events will be taking place.
